Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust US Government Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance; track services; costs; and record work details.
• Gather, input, retrieve and maintain maintenance information in computer and manual systems.
• Provide general clerical support to ensure smooth operation of the Maintenance Department.
• Perform filing, photocopying, faxing, posting notices, and ordering of parts and supplies.
