Job summary

Canfor’s Fulton, Alabama facility seeks a Warehouse Attendant to ensure maintenance teams have the tools, parts, and equipment they need when they need them. This full-time role involves inventory control, coordinating purchases, and supporting major repairs and shutdowns in a fast-paced plant environment.

You will manage the parts room, coordinate with plant teams on maintenance schedules, and assist with documentation and admin tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial/maintenance settings preferred.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs frequently and working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Organize tools, parts, and equipment to support maintenance operations.
• Manage inventory levels, purchase orders, and vendor communications.
• Coordinate with plant teams to plan maintenance schedules and major projects.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized parts room.
• Assist with documentation, work orders, and administrative tasks.
• Provide hands-on support during plant operations, breakdowns, and shutdowns.
