Job summary

RJW Logistics Group is hiring a Maintenance Utility Worker to support maintenance operations. The role reports to the Maintenance Manager and involves assisting the Safety Manager with vendors and contract mechanics while maintaining all company equipment.

The position requires 2 years in maintenance, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs, plus a high school diploma. The job offers a schedule Monday–Friday, 7am–3:30pm, with attendance, referral, and hiring bonuses and an ownership program

Qualifications

2 years maintenance experience across plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs.
Proven ability to work with vendors and internal teams.
Strong attention to detail and problem solving.

Responsibilities

Assist Maintenance Safety Manager with vendors and RJW Transport contract mechanic and maintain all company equipment.
Report to the Maintenance Manager and support daily maintenance operations.
Be on-call for after-hours emergencies and work a flexible schedule including weekends.
