Fort Wayne Metals is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support cutting pulleys, capstans, and idlers in a HVAC-controlled production environment. You will stock parts, assist preventive maintenance and technicians, and help ensure quality in the wire drawing process.
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, with preferred associate degree and lathe/mill experience. This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, with voluntary overtime and comprehensive benefits from day one.
