ASEC is seeking an experienced P-8A Maintenance Training Support Analyst to strengthen aircraft maintenance readiness and training effectiveness at NAS Jacksonville. You will provide SME support for I3B2 aircraft, coordinate with maintenance controls, and drive squadron readiness with hands-on, on-aircraft training.
Requirements include at least 4 years of maintenance experience, Navy CDI certification, experience with P-8A mission systems, and a DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

As the P-8A Maintenance Training Support Analyst, you will leverage your extensive experience supporting PMA-290 and P-8A fleet squadron aircraft maintenance operations, including preflight activities, squadron-level maintenance functions, and hands-on, on-aircraft training. You will apply your operational expertise to support maintenance readiness, strengthen training effectiveness, and ensure fleet personnel are prepared to safely and effectively maintain P-8A aircraft.
