Responsibilities

• Learn and provide maintenance support for general maintenance and orderliness of property.
• Inspect and repair general systems and utilities as needed.
• Deliver high level of resident satisfaction through professional interactions.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule for 24/7 maintenance coverage.
