Job summary
Altus Technology Solutions LLC is seeking a Maintenance Trades Helper to support maintenance, repair, fabrication, installation, and field service activities for a U.S. Navy mission at NAWCAD Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) in St. Inigoes, Maryland.
The role involves working alongside skilled trades personnel, following technical instructions, and ensuring safety while contributing to mission critical tasks. Local on-site work and potential schedule flexibility support the mission's needs.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance within the required timeframe.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment and materials as required.
Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades personnel with maintenance, repair, installation, fabrication, and modification activities.
- Prepare work areas, tools, equipment, and materials for assigned tasks.
- Assist with the installation, removal, relocation, and modification of equipment and assemblies.
- Support material handling, equipment movement, and staging activities.
- Assist with vehicle maintenance and other industrial support activities as required.
