Virnig Manufacturing, based in Minnesota, is seeking a Maintenance & Tooling Manager to lead maintenance teams across multiple plants and drive uptime and reliability. You will oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective programs, standardize CMMS usage, and manage budgets and vendor performance.
You will also supervise tooling leadership, coordinate schedules with engineering, and support launches with fixture readiness. Travel between sites is required as needed.

The Maintenance & Tooling Manager Leads maintenance operations across multiple facilities to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective performance of critical equipment. Drive up time of equipment, process standardization, and continuous improvement while managing distributed teams. Provides leadership and strategic oversight to the Tooling Department, including tooling engineers and technicians responsible for fixture design, build, maintenance, and continuous improvement, ensuring tooling resources support production and new product launches.
Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 annually
