Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience analyzing equipment failures and repair techniques.
• Knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance or equivalent system.
• Experience supporting maintenance turnarounds of moderate scale.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical expertise to troubleshoot failures and repairs.
• Ensures repair details (clearances, tolerances, materials) are documented.
• Oversees rebuilds of critical machinery.
• Supports root cause investigations with equipment data.
• Contributes to Standard Maintenance Procedures and training.
• Reviews spare parts lists with MRO and ensures stocking.
• Provides input to equipment maintenance budgets and strategies.
• Assists planners on work packages and scope for TURNAROUNDS.
• Supports reliability-focused maintenance strategies.
