Job summary

Dow is seeking a maintenance-focused professional to provide daily technical input and oversight for safe, reliable operation across Operations facilities. You will participate in maintenance planning, troubleshooting, and equipment strategy development, ensuring documentation and training are up to date.

The role requires advanced technical expertise, experience in plant maintenance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive reliability improvements and budget support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• TWIC card required or eligible to obtain TWIC card.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provides experience on failures and repair techniques during root cause investigations.
• Provides technical expertise to plant personnel on troubleshooting failures and repairs.
• Ensures repair techniques and training are documented and available.
• Provides maintainability input to improvement activities.
• Assists in planning, prioritizing, and scheduling maintenance.
• Reviews spare parts lists and coordinates with MRO to stock parts.
• Develops maintenance procedures based on MET.
• Enters quality complaints into the QSPP system.
• Participates in equipment maintenance strategy development and budgeting.
• Serves as a technical resource to the planner on work packages.
• Offers input on scope during turnaround development.
• Evaluates CBM activities and actions.
• Supports Maintenance Procedure Use Policy.
• Works within Maintenance Work Processes and resolves planning/scheduling issues.
