Job summary

Dow is seeking a maintenance professional to provide expert input and oversight for daily technical support across operations. You will participate on a maintenance team driving reliability improvements and may lead small work packages.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, strong problem-solving, and familiarity with maintenance procedures, CBM, and SAP. On-site work with safety at the forefront, offering comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Minimum of a High School Diploma/GED.
5+ years of relevant experience.
TWIC card or eligibility to obtain one.
U.S. work authorization (no visa sponsorship).
Relates to maintenance, troubleshooting, and reliability improvement.

Responsibilities

Provides experience on failures and repair techniques during root cause investigations.
Provides technical expertise to plant personnel on troubleshooting failures, repairs, and evaluating equipment condition.
Ensures repair techniques, procedures, and training are documented and accessible.
Provides maintainability input to improvement activities.
Assists in planning, prioritizing, and scheduling maintenance.
Reviews spare parts lists and coordinates with MRO for stocking.
Develops maintenance procedures based on MET.
Enters quality complaints into the QSPP system.
Participates in developing maintenance strategy and budget.
Acts as technical resource to planners on work packages.
Contributes during turnaround scoping and CBM evaluations.
Supports Maintenance Procedure Use Policy and standard work processes.
