Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Maintenance Tech I to perform general facility maintenance and ensure all units and buildings are in optimal working order. You’ll handle repairs, make-ready tasks, and basic carpentry, painting, and electrical work as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance under supervision to ensure unit and building quality.
• Complete service requests and repairs (painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
• Maintain make-ready units as directed and repair general fixtures (doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs).
• Clean and maintain outdoor landscape and inspect building systems, reporting deficiencies.
