Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Maintenance Tech I in Phoenix to ensure hotel units and facilities are kept in excellent working order using maintenance skills and strong guest service. You will perform general facility maintenance under supervision, including painting, appliance repair, minor electrical and carpentry, and make-ready unit work.

Responsibilities

• Perform all general facility maintenance under supervision to preserve quality and efficiency.
• Perform service requests and repairs (painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
• Maintain make-ready units as directed.
• Repair and replace general fixtures (doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, cabinetry).
• Clean and maintain outside landscape; trash removal and upkeep.
• Inspect building systems and report deficiencies; follow safety programs.

Hotel/Building/Facilities/Apartment Maintenance

The hourly rate for this role is $18.00

How You'll Make an Impact:

• Perform all general facility maintenance under supervision in a manner which ensures the preservation of optimum quality and efficient production.

• Perform service requests and repairs as directed (Painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).

• Perform maintenance work for make-ready units as directed.

• Apply basic knowledge of repair and replacement of general fixtures, general repair includes: doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, and cabinetry.

• Clean and maintain outside landscape: including emptying trash, pick up of trash, general landscape work.

• Clean and inspect in building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor. Adhere to the company’s safety programs.
