Berger Communities is hiring a Service Technician for Woodland Hills Apartments in Middletown, PA. Our Maintenance Technicians fix systems and help residents feel at home, with pride in problem solving and a real impact on daily living.

This full-time role runs 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, Monday–Friday, with an on-call rotation every few weeks. You will handle service requests, prep move-ins, and perform preventive maintenance.

Qualifikationen

• Two years of maintenance experience or related training.
• High School diploma or GED required; trade school or industry training is a plus.
• Proactive, reliable, and able to perform preventive maintenance.
