Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician to join our team. Under the direction of the Service Manager, you will bring units up to market-ready condition and support community maintenance needs.

Hours may include weekends and after-hour emergency services to meet community demands. You will perform make readies, handle work orders, assist with common area maintenance, and support preventative maintenance to keep property equipment in top shape.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in general maintenance in a property management environment.
• EPA and CPO certifications preferred.
• Knowledge of general maintenance (electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, etc.).
• Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to communicate in English.

Overview
