Qualified candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently, have reliable transportation, and be available for 24-hour, on-call maintenance. Candidates must also own a smartphone (cell phone reimbursement available).

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for daily repairs and maintenance of the apartment community, including HVAC, electrical, mechanical systems, plumbing, grounds, structural elements, mechanical equipment, and apartment refurbishments. A strong candidate demonstrates accountability, ownership, excellent time management, and customer service skills.
