Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a Manufactured Home Community. The role emphasizes painting, remodeling, minor plumbing and electrical work, and landscape upkeep while complying with health and safety guidelines.

The candidate should be physically capable of manual labor, flexible, and able to work autonomously within a team. A high school diploma is required, with CM RP and relevant maintenance experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in building maintenance is a plus.
• CMRP certification is desired.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and repair of ventilation, refrigeration, and other systems.
• Maintain heating and plumbing systems for functionality.
• Inspect alarm systems and schedule repairs as needed.
• Perform manual repairs (locks, windows, etc.).
• Undertake pest control activities as needed.
• Maintain grounds and landscaping; assist with budget prep and compliance.
• Operate and maintain maintenance equipment and tools.
