Job summary

Kittle Property Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Westfork property on the West Side of Columbus, OH. The role involves hands-on maintenance, tenant-facing service, and maintaining property grounds and common areas.

The position requires a HS diploma or GED and a minimum of 1 year of experience, with HVAC/EPA certification preferred. Expect routine tasks, safety compliance, and a team-focused environment in a non-exempt, full-time role.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and speak basic instructions and simple correspondence.
• Ability to perform basic math operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication).
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions with common sense.

Responsibilities

• Monitor maintenance expenses and keep them under budget.
• Inspect community grounds each morning.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy and perform turnover tasks.
• Complete maintenance requests promptly and maintain records.
• Perform preventative maintenance and regular landscaping tasks.
• Provide emergency resident support after hours.
