The base pay ranges from $20.25 to $33.00 per hour with a $1 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts; weekend work may be required. Benefits include medical, vision, dental, and a 401(k) match after the first year.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Experience: 1–2 years industrial maintenance experience required.
• Skills: Read and interpret drawings, schematics, and documents; basic measurement knowledge.
• Physical: Able to work in extreme temperatures; lift 50 lbs.
• Shift: Some weekend work; requires flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Construct, maintain, and test mechanical equipment, machinery, and components.
• Identify parts and equipment needing repair or replacement.
• Respond promptly to production issues involving mechanical equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Follow safety, food safety, and quality standards.
