The Housing Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Carriage Lane Apartments in Twin Falls, Idaho. No prior experience is required, as training and support will be provided to help you succeed.

You will perform preventive maintenance, complete apartment turns promptly while maintaining quality, keep work areas clean, and manage supplies. Seasonal tasks like mowing and snow/ice removal are also part of the role across properties.
