Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our property management team. Under the direction of the Service Manager, you will bring units to market-ready condition and handle general maintenance tasks across communities.

This role may require weekends and after-hours emergencies. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of maintenance experience in property management, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year of general maintenance experience in property management.
• English communication skills required.

Overview

Under the direction of the Service Manager, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for bringing units up to market ready condition in accordance with Peak Living standards. Typical range of hours is based on the community needs and may require weekends and after hour emergency services.

Responsibilities

• Complete make ready maintenance.
• Complete assigned work orders and ensure compliance to Peak Living standards.
• Assist with building and common area maintenance.
• Assist with preventative maintenance program and maintain property equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent GED.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in general maintenance in property management environment.
• EPA and CPO certification preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of general maintenance (i.e., electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, etc.)
• Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have the ability to communicate in English.
