Job summary

Tyson Foods, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on equipment in a temperature-controlled manufacturing environment.

You will troubleshoot issues, conduct inspections for reliability and safety, and document maintenance activities. In this role you’ll respond to maintenance-related emergencies, collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to improve reliability, and support compliance with safety and quality standards

Qualifications

• Experience or education in Industrial Maintenance or related fields.
• Maintenance of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, motors and conveyors.
• Familiarity with PLCs and robotics and welding/fabrication basics.

What You'll Do

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on equipment and systems

• Respond to equipment issues and maintenance-related emergencies


• Work collaboratively with maintenance and operations teams to improve reliability

Work Environment: Temperature-controlled manufacturing environment with regular exposure to cold. Occasional exposure to vibration. Loud noise levels typical of manufacturing operations. Tight or high spaces are possible.

Requirements (Must Haves)

Compensation Range

• Compensation Range: $18.10 to $42.33 base pay with potential for additional bonuses and shift differentials
