Job summary

Volt is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Tulsa, OK to support manufacturing and facility systems. You will perform preventive maintenance on CNC machines and equipment, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime. Strong reading of blueprints and diagrams is required.

Qualifications

• Experience as Maintenance Technician in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints, diagrams and schematics.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, CNC machines, and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
• Diagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Inspect, maintain, and repair motors, belts, bearings, wear surfaces, and related components.
• Repair or replace defective equipment using hand tools, power tools, and testing instruments.
• Install, assemble, and maintain machinery, production equipment, and facility systems.
• Maintain lifting equipment and ensure EH&S standards compliance.
• Record maintenance activities and work orders for audit and compliance purposes.
• Assist with inventory management, shop waste handling, and general facility support.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and facilities teams to support production goals.
