Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician in Anaheim to support operation, maintenance and repair of facility equipment.

You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems in a manufacturing setting and minimize downtime while upholding safety standards. The role requires at least 2 years of maintenance experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to read schematics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or industrial environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and repair procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, overtime, and weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment, machinery, conveyors, and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment issues.
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and production interruptions to minimize downtime.
• Inspect machinery and equipment to identify maintenance concerns and recommend corrective actions.
• Install, repair, replace, and adjust equipment components as needed.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and equipment logs.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and maintenance best practices.
• Perform facility maintenance tasks, including lighting, plumbing, and general building repairs.
• Work closely with production and warehouse teams to support operational goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
