National Church Residences- Trinity Towers in Atlanta, GA is seeking Maintenance Technicians to support safe, comfortable living for seniors. You will perform routine and preventive maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems, and handle interior/exterior upkeep.

Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, minor carpentry and painting, supervising junior staff when needed, and keeping maintenance records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical/vocational training preferred.
• 1-2 years of residential or apartment maintenance experience required.
• Skilled in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications (HVAC, OSHA, etc.) a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain interior and exterior common areas, ensuring safety and cleanliness.
