Ideal candidates have 2+ years in manufacturing maintenance, strong mechanical/electrical/pneumatic knowledge, and the ability to read schematics and use common tools. Roles may require shift work and on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read schematics and use hand and power tools.
• Familiarity with lockout/tagout and safe work practices.
• Willingness for shift work, overtime, and on-call rotation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Document maintenance work and parts used in the maintenance system.
• Perform basic welding, fabrication, and machine alignment as needed.
• Follow lockout/tagout and other safety procedures during all work.
• Perform preventive maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic failures and make repairs.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and line stoppages to restore production.
• Read schematics, blueprints, and maintenance manuals to guide repairs.
• Replace worn parts such as bearings, belts, motors, and sensors.

Salary Range: $52,000 – $84,000 depending on experience

Bonus Qualifications

• Welding or fabrication certification.
• Experience with CMMS software for work orders and parts tracking.
• Forklift or aerial lift certification.
• Associate degree or technical certificate in industrial maintenance or a related field.
• Experience with PLCs and industrial controls.
