Responsibilities

Coordinate outside contractors for specialized repairs and projects.
Train technicians and support continuous improvement on the plant floor.
Plan and schedule preventive maintenance for production equipment and facility systems.
Assign work orders to maintenance technicians and follow up on completion.
Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and coordinate repairs to limit downtime.
Manage spare parts inventory and order supplies within budget.
Enforce safety rules and lockout tagout procedures in the maintenance area.
Track maintenance metrics such as uptime, response time, and repair costs.

Salary Range: $86,000 – $127,000 depending on experience

Associate or bachelor degree in engineering or industrial technology.
Certification in maintenance and reliability such as CMRP.
Experience with lean manufacturing or total productive maintenance.
PLC and controls troubleshooting experience.
Formal training in predictive maintenance methods such as vibration analysis.
