SHIFT & HOURS: Monday - Friday, 11:00pm - 7:30am
Hiring Hourly Rate: $36.16/hr. (plus $0.50/hr. Shift Differential))
2 Year Earning Potential Based on Continuous Learning Progression Pay
6 Months - $37.63/hr.
12 Months - $39.27/hr.
Griffith Foods is hiring a Maintenance Technician to join our Maintenance Team. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing machinery, equipment, physical structures, pipes and electrical systems equipment to contribute to the production of high-quality food products in compliance with company standards.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, and walk to communicate and listen effectively. This will require both office and plant environments. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Safely navigate the stairs and ladders.
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and risk of electrical shock. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; high, precarious places and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud; hearing protection is required in designated areas. Dust and odor are present in the environment.
