Roers Companies is seeking an energetic, dedicated professional to join our team in Sun Prairie, WI as a Maintenance Technician at The Wildwood at Main.
We are offering a one-time sign-on bonus of $2,000 payable after 90-days of continuous employment with the Company. In the event you voluntarily resign or are terminated for cause within 12-months of your start date, you agree to repay the full amount of the sign-on bonus to the Company within 30 days of your last day of employment. The sign-on bonus is considered taxable income, and all applicable taxes and withholdings will be deducted as required by law.

Compensation is determined by several factors that vary depending on the position, including the individual’s experience, skills, and the knowledge they bring to the specific role.

Pay Range:
$20.92 - $27.50 /hr + Eligibility for competitive monthly commission for renewals
