Ready to join Team Timberland? The Reserve at Moonlight is hiring a Maintenance Technician for our 294-unit property in Gardner, KS. You’ll play a key role in providing an outstanding living experience for our residents by taking ownership of general upkeep, unit turns, and preventative maintenance.
$500 Sign-On Bonus
$250 paid out at 90 days
$250 paid out at 180 days

Minimum Qualifications:
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM and rotating on-call schedule (additional stipend compensation provided for on-call shifts).
Compensation and Benefits:
Pay Range: $24.00/hr + quarterly bonuses based on property performance and exceptional customer service.
