Job summary

Gallery Residential is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to support a luxury apartment community. The role is ideal for someone with general maintenance and basic HVAC experience, who enjoys solving problems and helping keep the community running smoothly.

You will handle routine maintenance, basic HVAC tasks, and make-readies, while assisting with carpentry, painting, and grounds upkeep. A part-time schedule and team-focused environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, handyman work, or apartment maintenance.
• Basic HVAC knowledge; EPA certification is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks.
• Comfort with hand and power tools; reliable with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine maintenance work orders (plumbing, electrical, and general repairs).
• Perform basic HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting (filter changes, thermostat checks, drain lines, etc.).
• Assist with make-readies including minor repairs, painting, and HVAC checks.
• Handle general handyman tasks such as repairing doors, replacing fixtures, and small carpentry work.
• Help maintain the grounds and common areas to keep the property looking its best.
• Work with the team to identify and resolve maintenance issues quickly and efficiently.
