Mercy Housing is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team at 600 7th Street, San Francisco. You will perform preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and apartment turnovers while ensuring high cleanliness and customer service standards.

The successful Maintenance Technician will complete preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and apartment turnovers. As part of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and customer service.
This is an on-site position.
Pay:$24-25.75/hour, depending on experience.
