The EMBREY Way at The Artesian in Bee Cave, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our community safe, functional, and well maintained on-site. You will perform routine inspections, repair HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems, and coordinate with vendors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
• Experience in building maintenance, facilities or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general repairs.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, blueprints and work orders.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects or work in tight spaces.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.
• Valid driver’s license (if travel between sites is required).
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Assist with building renovations, installations or furniture assembly
• Monitor inventory of supplies and request replacements when necessary
• Collaborate with contractors or vendors when specialized repairs are needed

Experience The EMBREY Way by joining our dynamic Property Management team as a Maintenance Technician at The Artesian at Bee Cave.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform routine maintenance, repairs and inspections to ensure that buildings and facilities remain safe, functional and in good condition.
