MG Properties in San Diego, CA is seeking a Maintenance Technician with multi-trades experience to service a 200-unit property. The role focuses on customer service and reliable performance in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle preventive and reactive maintenance, from plumbing and electrical work to appliance repairs, painting, and turnovers, while supporting on-call rotations and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of apartment maintenance on a 200-unit property.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, A/C, etc.
• Customer service oriented with ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean grounds, offices and common areas.
• Complete maintenance service requests and appliance repairs.
• Paint and prepare apartments for turnover.
• Respond to emergency calls and prioritize safety.
• Assist with general upkeep and repairs as needed.

We are a large regional property management firm looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Texcoco in San Diego, CA!

The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property!
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.
• Reliable transportation is a MUST!
• Availability to work on-call rotation.

• $26-$28/hour DOE
