We're looking for a dependable and capable Temporary Maintenance Technician to support the renovation and preparation of our new healthcare facility. This is a hands-on role working directly under the guidance of our Maintenance Supervisor to complete a wide range of renovation and maintenance tasks.

About The Role

This is a temporary position ideal for someone who is physically able, takes direction well, and can work independently when needed. You'll assist with renovation efforts, including light construction work, equipment movement, and general facility prep. There's no large team-just you and the Maintenance Supervisor-so trustworthiness, reliability, and initiative are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with day-to-day renovation and maintenance tasks
• Help with light construction, demolition, and facility setup
• Move, load, and organize equipment and materials
• Perform basic repairs and general upkeep
• Follow safety protocols within a healthcare environment
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  
  

We're Looking for Someone Who:

• Has experience with construction, renovation, or general maintenance work
• Is physically able to handle heavy lifting and manual labor
• Can commit to a 6, 9, or 12-month temporary role
• Is dependable, detail-oriented, and works with integrity
• Is comfortable working in a healthcare setting and following related safety standards
• Works well with a supervisor but is also self-motivated
