Job summary

Gordon Food Service in Taunton, MA is seeking a Maintenance Technician Level 3 for 2nd shift. You will service HVAC systems, electrical components, hydraulics, conveyors, and high-speed doors within a distribution center.

The role requires 3+ years of maintenance or equivalent training, and includes a strong safety standard and opportunities for growth. Compensation includes hourly pay with incentives and a night shift premium, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• HVAC experience required.
• Industrial maintenance experience required.
• Three years repair experience or an equivalent combination of education and training.
• Able to lift/move up to 100 lbs during shift.
• Successful passing of drug screen and background check.
• Must be 18+ and have a HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HVAC, electrical, hydraulics, conveyors, cranes, and hi-speed doors.
• Read and interpret schematics/blueprints for maintenance work.
• Troubleshoot and repair building systems and equipment.
• Keep a clean parts room and operate heavier tools safely.

Maintenance Technician - Level 3, 2nd Shift

Location: 630 John Hancock Rd, Taunton MA

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3:30pm to Midnight. Saturday & Sunday Off!

Pay: Based on Experience - Hourly Pay + Incentives & Night Shift Premium!

• Earn an additional $1.50 - $4.50 per hour performance incentive - no flat rates! Based on experience!

• Annual $500 tool allowance and

• Annual $150 boot allowance

Does this look like you?

• You must be 18 years of age or older

• High school diploma or GED certificate

• HVAC experience required

• Industrial maintenance experience required

• Powered Industrial Vehicle certification preferred

• Three years previous machine repair experience OR an equivalent combination of education and training.

• You’ll be asked to do work in high places, freezing cold spaces, inside/outside, and anywhere within the building where you are needed

• Successful passing of drug screen and background check

• Able to lift/move up to 100 lbs during your shift
