Job summary

Pegasus Residential, LLC is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician to support our multifamily communities in Edmond, OK. You will work across plumbing, painting, electrical, HVAC, pool maintenance, drywall, and carpentry tasks, delivering reliable repairs and exceptional tenant service.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn on the job.
• Experience or aptitude in trades such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, drywall, or carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair tasks across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and related systems.
• Complete preventive maintenance and safety checks.
• Respond to and resolve tenant work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain clean and organized common areas and facilities.
