Job Details

We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to work at Park at Springdale. The ideal candidate must be HVAC / EPA Certified and have a strong background in multifamily properties, including HVAC, appliance, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills. A commitment to exceptional customer service is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Direct and supervise maintenance staff.
• Delegate assignments to ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Review and order parts or schedule services for resident repairs.
• Perform repairs such as wall repairs, A/C and heating, doors, cabinets, and closets.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of Maintenance Supervisory Experience and 7 years of maintenance experience.
• HVAC / EPA licensed and available for overtime.
• Own hand tools and specialized tools for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Ability to move heavy equipment safely.
• Available for emergency on-call schedule.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Background screening and drug test required.
