Responsibilities

1. Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities.
2. Develop and implement maintenance procedures ensuring safety compliance.
3. Conduct inspections to identify improvements and preventative maintenance needs.
4. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
5. Oversee repair and maintenance of equipment and systems.
6. Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs.
7. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and inventory.

Qualifications

1. High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
2. Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role.
