Article Student Living is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for Station at Five Points in Columbia, SC. You will support maintenance operations, ensure safety and curb appeal, and provide excellent service to residents.

The role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and offers a base pay of $25 per hour plus an annual bonus. Applicants should have 1+ years of maintenance or construction experience and can expect a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO,

Job Description

Article Student Living is looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician to ensure our established standards for our property including safety, appearance, and all maintenance operations. You will ensure the outlook of the grounds, community areas, and overall curb appeal for the property. The daily responsibilities of the role will vary, depending on the needs of the community. You will provide professional service to the residents, so excellent customer service and a maintained personal appearance is an expectation.
