Job summary

Article Student Living seeks a full-time Maintenance Technician to uphold our standards for safety, appearance, and all maintenance operations across the property. You will maintain grounds, common areas, and curb appeal while delivering professional service to residents.

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will use your maintenance experience to support daily tasks, participate in on-call shifts, and contribute to a welcoming community.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related maintenance or construction work experience.

Article Student Living is looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician to ensure our established standards for our property including safety, appearance, and all maintenance operations. You will ensure the outlook of the grounds, community areas, and overall curb appeal for the property. The daily responsibilities of the role will vary, depending on the needs of the community. You will provide professional service to the residents, so excellent customer service and a maintained personal appearance is an expectation.

You will report to the Maintenance Supervisor.

The pay rate for this position is $22/hour plus commissions.
