This full-time role emphasizes safety, reading blueprints, and precision measurement with calipers and micrometers.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
At least 1 year of related experience in maintenance or equivalent training.
Ability to read or learn to read blueprints, sketches, and technical documents.
Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Some exposure to hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems in a manufacturing or technical setting.
Comfortable with or willingness to learn how to use measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers).
Strong safety-first mindset and willingness to obtain Confined Space & Respirator certifications as required.

Responsibilities

Troubleshooting equipment and solving problems on the spot.
Installing, maintaining, and repairing machines, structures, and systems (hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical).
Cleaning, lubricating, and performing preventive maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly.
Reading blueprints, diagrams, and manuals to diagnose and repair issues.
