Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of related experience in maintenance or equivalent training.
• Ability to read or learn to read blueprints, sketches, and technical documents.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Some exposure to hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems in a manufacturing or technical setting.
• Comfortable with or willingness to learn how to use measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers).
• Strong safety-first mindset and willingness to obtain Confined Space & Respirator certifications as required.

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required

• At least 1 year of related experience in maintenance or equivalent training

• Ability to read or learn to read blueprints, sketches, and technical documents

• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Some exposure to hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems in a manufacturing or technical setting--willingness to learn and expand skills in these areas.

Physical & Work Environment

• Full-time position on our production floor

• Standing, bending, kneeling, climbing, and lifting up to 25 lbs (occasionally more)
