Spring House Estates is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Maintenance Technician (Specialist) position. Our beautiful, gated community is located in Lower Gwynedd, PA. In this role, you will specialize in activities relating to maintenance and improvement of building utility systems such as electrical wiring and control systems, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), water supply, carpentry, and related pipe systems. Supports the preventative maintenance schedule.
