Acts Retirement-Life Communities, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Specialist) for our Spring House Estates community in Lower Gwynedd, PA. You will maintain electrical, HVAC, plumbing and carpentry systems, supporting the preventative maintenance program and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and 4–5 years of technical maintenance experience, plus a valid driver’s license. We offer strong benefits including health coverage and retirement plans.

Spring House Estates is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Maintenance Technician (Specialist) position. Our beatuiful, gated community is located in Lower Gywnedd, PA (just off the Route 309 Spring House exit).

In this role, you will specialize in activities relating to maintenance and improvement of building utility systems such as electrical wiring and control systems, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), water supply, carpentry, and related pipe systems. Supports the preventative maintenance schedule.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 4-5 years of technical maintenance experience
• Expert technical knowledge of one or more of the following: electricity and national electrical codes, painting, carpentry, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), refrigeration and/or sprinkler systems
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license

Pay Range

$23.79 - $30.49 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
