Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Maintenance Technician (Skilled) position.

In this role, you will be responsible for completing assigned work orders by applying general knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Supports the preventative maintenance schedule.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders utilizing knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance practices.

• Support and execute the preventative maintenance schedule as defined.

• Assist with routine building and grounds maintenance as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of technical maintenance experience
• General mechanical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and grounds maintenance
• EPA Certification for HVAC is required
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license

Pay Range

$20.19 - $24.91 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
