This property group includes Apartments on Academy, Central Square, and Pendale Towers (Mt Lebanon), along with Brentwood Townhomes (Brentwood), Fallowfield Apartments (Beechview), and Lofts at Terrain (Green Tree).

• Preventative maintenance
• Groundskeeping as needed
• Other duties as identified to help Birgo improve lives through real estate

Requirements

• Well-rounded skill set in building maintenance
• Receive and document tasks digitally
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Valid driver’s license
• Insured vehicle
• Lift and carry 50 pounds without assistance
• Safely utilize power tools
• Work in confined spaces; ascend and descend ladders and staircases
