Job summary
The Greens at Hickory is seeking a dependable Maintenance Assistant to support the Maintenance Director in day-to-day upkeep, repairs, and preventative maintenance of the facility, grounds, and equipment at The Greens at Hickory.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Prior maintenance experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and building systems is desirable.
- Ability to operate hand and power tools safely.
Responsibilities
- Assist with routine maintenance and repairs across facilities and equipment.
- Perform basic carpentry, painting, patching, and room upkeep.
- Complete work orders promptly and follow safety procedures.
- Support lawn care and seasonal maintenance tasks as needed.
- Inspect facilities to identify safety concerns and maintenance needs.
