Job summary

Blue Moon Metals seeks a Laborer/Maintenance Technician for the Springer Site to support safe, efficient maintenance and general labor across the project. The role involves repairs, upkeep of facilities, and assisting with infrastructure work in a dynamic mining environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in maintenance or industrial labor, with a valid driver’s license and ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

• 1) General maintenance, construction, industrial labor, mining experience preferred.
• 2) Ability to operate light equipment and power tools.
• 3) Mechanical aptitude and safe tool use.
• 4) Basic building maintenance knowledge.
• 5) Ability to work independently and in a team.
• 6) Strong work ethic and safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on site facilities.
• Assist with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and maintenance projects.
• Maintain roads, parking areas, signage, and grounds for safety.
• Support snow removal, dust control, vegetation management, and seasonal tasks.
• Move and organize materials, supplies, and equipment.
• Assist with construction, installation, and relocation of site infrastructure.
• Perform housekeeping in work areas and storage yards.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Assist with inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs.
• Report maintenance concerns after checks.
• Support deliveries and inventory organization.
• Assist with site mobilization and demobilization as needed.
• Follow safety policies and environmental requirements.
