Job summary

Hills at Oakwood in Chattanooga, Tennessee, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, service appliances, and assist with property upkeep. Qualifications

• Must have a Truck or Reliable transportation.
• Must Be able to take rotation weekend calls/and take on-call emergencies.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to provide proof of auto insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical and plumbing systems (including water lines).
• Maintain and fix A/C and heating systems; service appliances when applicable.
• Support with water irrigation, lighting, and general property upkeep (doors, windows, gates, fencing, and other structures).
• Handle boilers, gas/electric fixtures as applicable; manage pool areas and safety features.
